Our chief implementor, Melinda Porpayas, also known as Dang, is a local of General Luna, Siargao Island. She recently joined our team in 2020 and has been responsible in the handling of our relief efforts during Typhoon Odette.  A kind and caring individual, her personality fits well in our mission to alleviate poverty one community at a time.
